Icky TMI - Constipation

Low Carbohydrate diets at some point will cause constipation. You want to have at least one bowel movement a day. If you are not, add 500-1000 mg of magnesium supplement to your daily routine. Smooth move tea is also a good product to use occasionally. Make sure you are drinking 1/2 of your body weight in water each day.
