Here is a sample menu for the first 3 days of VCLD
The problem with trying to provide a menu for 2.0 is the varying calories everyone has because of each individuals BMR. You will have to make sure you tailor your portions of the menu to your individual protein calories.
Day 1
Breakfast
2 egg white and 1 whole egg prepared any way you like
Lunch
tuna salad made with mct mayo and dill pickles. you can add celery and any spices you like
wrap the tuna salad on a lettuce leaf or add to a large plate of your favorite salad
Dinner
grilled chicken breast add any spices you like
steamed broccoli and cauliflower
side salad with lettuce, zucchini, baby spinach
Day 2
Breakfast
Protein shake
Lunch
Grilled chicken on baby spinach salad
Dinner
Talapia with steamed zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower
Day 3
Breakfast
2 egg omelette with mushrooms and salsa
Lunch
Shrimp salad on baby spinach
Dinner
Chicken fajitas on lettuce wraps
